How long does it take for a business to sign up?

A: It takes about 10 minutes to sign up through the website. There is a simple online form that needs to filled out. Once this is completed, you will receive a call from Frequent Pass within 48 hours to complete the sign up process.

How will I get billed for the service?

A: We only take credit cards and you will get billed monthly unless you want to sign up for a year in advance.

What happens after I sign up?

A: You will receive a business welcome kit in the mail within 5-10 business days and you’ll get a call or a visit from your Frequent Pass account manager to find out if you have any questions and to help with training staff. There is also a 3-month check in for new customers. At this point, you may have more specific questions after using the service for a few months.

Can Frequent Pass app users lose the digital punch cards from a business?

A: No. Digital punches for punch cards never go away or expire and they are backed up on the cloud.

Besides being a simple digital punch card, how else does Frequent Pass help businesses?

A: Frequent Pass also  helps businesses track how many times customers visit and how often they redeem their rewards It is a great tool for promoting customer appreciation in the store too. Show your customers that you know how to adapt to new mobile technology.

How does Frequent Pass build loyalty?

A: It builds loyalty by taking the hassle out of using and managing punch cards. Just having a paper punch card doesn’t mean people will remember to find and use them nor does it stop them from losing cards. Frequent Pass is a tool for getting customers to redeem more free products and take advantage of the discounts they deserve. The more rewards a customer gets, the more they are buying.

Is Frequent Pass connected to users’ social networks?

A: The app provides the option to link to Facebook when you log in. This creates an easy way for customers to easily share where they are when they receive a free product or discount. It is a bonus way to get visibility for your business.

How many promotions can I offer through Frequent Pass?

A: A basic package offers a digital punch card. The Premium service offers multiple promotions and announcements in addition to the digital punch card.

 

Do businesses get access to customer data on who is using the app?

A: Yes. Frequent Pass has a simple password protected website where merchants can see helpful stats on how many customers and when they are using the app. Here are some examples of useful information you will get:

  • How many scans (punches) were completed in a specific time period (day/week/month)
  • How many people used the app in a week
  • How many people got a free product by completing a punch card
How does Frequent Pass save time for business owners and managers?

A: There are several ways this loyalty program saves you time. Here are a few.

  • You don’t have to find another punch card in a box or take time during the check out process to punch them. You only need to show your unique QR code for customers to scan.
  • If you want to create a new promotion for customers, this process takes about 10 minutes online. You can always support your promotions with signage and newsletters but it takes only minutes to create and push a new promotion to app users via the website.
Will my customers want to use Frequent Pass?

A: Yes! The smart phone market is growing quickly. Since June 2 out of 3 mobile phone sales are smart phones. Why carry around punch cards that take up space and are often lost when they can be digital?

Who can use the Frequent Pass app?

A: Anyone that has a smart phone can download the Frequent Pass app. It is available in the Apple store and the Google Droid store.

Will Frequent Pass help me communicate with my customers?

A: With the Premium package you can easily create special offers to your business profile and test out special promotions in addition to having a digital punch card.

What is a QR code?

A: A QR code is short for Quick Response. They are used to take a piece of information and put it into your smart phone. They are used on products, buildings, magazine ads and promotional materials.

How does a customer find the loyalty program and other promotions for this business?

A: Once the app has been downloaded, the customer selects the ‘Nearby’ tab in the app and your business along with other participating merchants will show up. App users can then check out your promotions and when they make a purchase, they scan your QR code to get credit.

How do I promote Frequent Pass?

A: There are many ways to promote Frequent Pass and you know your customers and business the best so be creative. Here are a few ideas we’ve found to be successful.

  • Having a sign at the cash register
  • Putting out the table tent in a visible place (comes in the business welcome kit)
  • Asking the customer at check out if they’ve downloaded the app
  • Offering a small incentive to download the app
  • Having a contest with employees to see who can get more customers to download the app or use it
  • Put a message on your receipts telling customers how to get the app
  • Add Frequent Pass messaging to black boards and menus
